Executive Summary

Owner's Statement

After many years in my previous career, the unrelenting stresses of the job caught up with me and I became very ill.

At that time, I became interested in the holistic approach to healing and living, and I was fortunate enough to be introduced to massage and other bodywork therapies that helped me heal both physically and mentally.

I developed a calm that allowed me to focus and rethink my priorities. I trained in massage therapy so I can offer the same kind of healing to others and preferably help them prevent the effect of stress from progressing to illness.

I want our healing center to be just that — a place where people come to feel calm, relaxed, and healed. A place where people feel whole!

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide effective massage therapy that facilitates the body's own healing abilities as well as an environment that fosters calm, relaxation, and healing.

Business Description

Enhance Wellness, PLLC is a massage and bodywork therapy corporation, licensed in the State of Washington. It was established on May 7, 2010. Our office is located at

In our business, we believe that people have differing needs and as such, we offer a variety of treatment modalities to enable our clients to get the best treatment for their particular needs and conditions.

Services

Our services fall into two categories: (1) General services and (2) Corporate services.

General services

Relaxation, injury prevention, and treatment massage using a variety of techniques aimed at relieving pain, restoring the tissue's health, and restoring normal range of motion. Our techniques include:

Relaxation Massage

Helps fend off the stress, relax the muscles and the mind as well as feel rejuvenated.

Deep Tissue Massage

Realigns deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This is a helpful technique for chronically tense and contracted areas since it breaks adhesion and thereby releases muscle tension.

Myofascial Release

Stretches and facilitates the release of fascial restrictions.

Neuromuscular Reeducation

Undoes the "pain loop cycle" and restores normal movement and function. By reducing pain, we hasten healing.

Positional Relief Therapy

Releases involuntary muscle contraction, significantly reduces pain, and increases range of motion.

Trigger Point and Tender Point Therapies

Relieves pain and dysfunction.

Reflexology

A holistic supportive modality that helps appropriate flow of energy.

Pregnancy Massage

Helps release tension and reduce anxiety.

Corporate services

On-site Chair Massage

Employees receive massage while comfortably seated in a massage chair. The treatment focuses on reducing tension and tender points in the head, neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands.

Energizing Table Massage (equivalent to sports massage)

A fast-paced, invigorating, and anatomically specific massage that combines the principles of Swedish (classic relaxation massage) with rhythmic compressions and active-assistive release.

This modality is effective in preventing repetitive strain injuries and rehabilitating injured areas. Most people spend many hours hunched over the desk, or constantly use a computer. The use of a table allows the treatment to counter this position, giving relief to the back, neck, and the chest muscles.

With chair massage and energizing table massage, employees receive treatment while fully dressed. We do not use oil or any other emollient.

Policies that govern our operations

Our associates are licensed Massage Therapists, trained at accredited schools in a 1000 hour program.
